About Brookvent
Brookvent is an award winning, ambitious Northern Ireland manufacturing company, specialising in window ventilation and mechanical ventilation products, primarily suited to the residential construction sector. It is a very exciting time within the company as we prepare to launch our new range of semi-rigid ducting as a complement to our market leading heat recovery ventilation systems. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to head-up the delivery of our self-build heat recovery ventilation strategy in the UK and Ireland.
The Role
- B2B and B2C sales in the UK and Ireland construction industry (predominantly Northern Ireland) relating to the company’s heat recovery ventilation range
- Establishing and building strong relationships with merchants, re-sellers, contractors and self-builders
- Developing new opportunities and routes to market. Warm and cold sales lead development
- Preparing quotations based on project specifications and customer needs (full training given)
- Presenting product seminars to architects, consultants and clients
- Undertaking focused, self-driven learning on all aspects of the market and legislation
The Person
- 3rd Level Education (any discipline)
- Previous B2B sales experience a must. Merchant/ re-seller experience desirable
- Experience in/ knowledge of the construction industry desirable
- Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative (self-starter)
- Excellent people skills
- Target driven
- Fully conversant with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Full UK driver’s license and access to own vehicle
Remuneration
- Basic salary circa £25k per annum depending on experience
- Competitive bonus structure
- Company smartphone and laptop will be made available as part of the role
- 30 days annual leave including stats (pro-rata)
- Pension match up to 3% of salary
- 5hrs per week. 8.30-5 Mon to Thursday, 8.30 – 2.30 Friday
- Based in Dunmurry, Belfast
