All deliveries to the UK Mainland are 2-3 days as standard. All deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are ‘Next Day’ as standard. All Brookvent deliveries are completed by competent, insured, traceable couriers.
Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and size.

Same Day Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 Noon ‘Same Day’ (Monday-Thursday).
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10am ‘Same Day’ (Friday).
Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend period (Saturday & Sunday) as well as holiday periods will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Orders are subject to stock availability.
If you need an item NEXT DAY by a certain time, please contact us as early as possible so that we can facilitate your order. An extra charge may apply to guarantee timed deliveries on a certain day.
Should you require a tracking number for your consignment please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your FULL NAME and your unique ORDER REFERENCE number and we will endeavour to confirm this for you ASAP.
All deliveries must be signed for, please ensure there is someone available to do so.
Proof of Delivery provided by our courier partners is deemed sufficient to confirm that delivery has been received.
Any missing items or damaged boxes/packages should be signed for as such with the courier by the customer.
Should any discrepancies/ issues only become apparent upon opening packaging Brookvent require that these are communicated within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Brookvent offer an option of picking up your order from our Head Office in Dunmurry, Belfast (BT17 9HU). Orders placed before 12 Noon can be collected from 3pm onwards subject to our opening hours stated above.
All online collections should report to front reception and state their FULL NAME and unique ORDER REFERENCE number.
Customers outside the UK Mainland, NI and ROI
Brookvent welcomes buyers from the Channel Islands, IOM, Scilly Isles, Western Isles, Shetland & Orkney Islands as well as international buyers however, we do ask you to contact us for a competitive delivery quotation.
If you qualify for a zero VAT invoice, then please contact us before you buy.
Brookvent offers a no-query 14 day (from date of dispatch) returns policy on unused items. Items should be returned in the condition they were received and in their original packaging in order to qualify for a full refund. A re-stocking charge will be applicable to goods that require re-packaging.
The Brookvent returns form (download here) should be completed and included with the return packaging to ensure we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Please note that items being returned must be done so at the customers’ own expense and risk of loss therefore it is recommended that you purchase sufficient postal insurance to cover the goods value.
We will endeavour to refund the total goods value ASAP (Customer is charged for the initial goods delivery) once the items have been received and checked. This is in addition to your statutory returns rights.

If a product has failed or is thought to be faulty please contact us immediately at email@example.com stating your FULL NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, ORDER REFERENCE number and the PRODUCT CODE and we will have a product specialist contact you ASAP to assist.

Faulty products should be returned following the same returns process as above. Once the products have been received, Brookvent will agree to refund or replace the product for the customer at no extra cost providing the fault is identified as a manufacturers fault. Brookvent will not be held responsible for product failures due to accidental damage, misuse and or poor installation.
If an advanced replacement is required, please purchase a second item and we will refund the original when this is returned to us provided it meets with the above criteria.
