BRL60Z-GL

The Brookvent BRL60Z-GL is a standard aluminium ventilation louvre designed for integration into glazed openings, providing a practical solution for air intake and exhaust in commercial, industrial and building services applications. Featuring a 60 mm Z-shaped blade profile, it combines a high free area with a durable aluminium construction and a glazing-compatible frame.

Manufactured from extruded EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium profiles, the BRL60Z-GL is designed to fit into a glazing pocket using standard glazing beads and packers. It incorporates stainless steel mesh manufactured from RVS/AISI 304, with 2.3 × 2.3 mm apertures.

With a 90% visual free area and 76% physical free area, the BRL60Z-GL provides a high proportion of open space for ventilation. It accommodates glazing thicknesses of 24, 28 or 32 mm, making it suitable for projects where ventilation needs to be incorporated into a glazed facade or opening.

Available in rectangular and square configurations, the BRL60Z-GL offers a flexible solution for building designs that require ventilation through glazed sections without using a conventional flanged wall-mounted louvre.
