BRL20V-GL

The BRL20V-GL Standard Ventilation Glazed-in Louvre is designed to provide effective airflow through window and door systems while maintaining a neat, integrated appearance. Featuring a 20 mm V-blade design, this glazed-in louvre is manufactured from high-quality extruded aluminium profiles and incorporates stainless steel mesh for practical ventilation and insect protection.

Constructed from EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium (AlMgSi0.5 F22), the BRL20V-GL combines a durable, lightweight structure with a design suitable for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial applications. The integrated AISI 304 stainless steel mesh features 2.3 × 2.3 mm apertures, helping to prevent insects from entering through the ventilation opening.

With a 94% visual free area and a 30% physical free area, the BRL20V-GL provides a high visual open area alongside a defined physical airflow passage. Its glazed-in installation design allows it to be incorporated into compatible window and door systems using the glazing pocket, standard glazing beads and packers.

Available in a wide range of dimensions and compatible with glazing thicknesses of 20, 24, 28, 32 and 36 mm, the BRL20V-GL offers flexibility for different project specifications. Bespoke dimensions are also available on request.
