BRL60Z-FL EWR

The BRL60Z-FL EWR Extreme Water-Resistant Flanged Wall Louvre is designed to provide reliable ventilation while offering increased resistance to water ingress in exposed environments. Featuring a 60 mm Z-blade design, this robust aluminium louvre is suitable for commercial, industrial and building-services applications where effective airflow and protection against wind-driven rain are important considerations.

Manufactured from high-quality extruded aluminium profiles, the BRL60Z-FL EWR uses EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium (AlMgSi0.5 F22) and incorporates AISI 304 stainless steel mesh with 2.3 × 2.3 mm apertures. This combination provides a durable construction, while the mesh helps reduce insect ingress through the ventilation opening.

The louvre's increased water-resistance design makes it suitable for installations where weather exposure needs careful consideration. Its integrated flange provides a practical mounting arrangement for fitting over a suitable wall opening.

With a 40% visual free area and 33% physical free area, the BRL60Z-FL EWR offers a balance between ventilation performance and resistance to water penetration. Available in a wide range of dimensions, it can be specified for different project requirements, with bespoke sizes available on request.
