BRL34Z-GL EWR

The Brookvent BRL34Z-GL EWR is a glazed-in aluminium ventilation louvre designed to provide effective airflow while offering increased resistance to water penetration. Featuring a 34 mm Z-profile blade design, it is suitable for integration into compatible glazing systems where ventilation performance and weather protection are important considerations.

The BRL34Z-GL EWR offers a visual free area of 29% and a physical free area of 21%, providing useful airflow-related specifications for ventilation planning and product selection. The visual free area represents the apparent open area when viewed from the front, while the physical free area indicates the effective open area available for air to pass through the louvre. Actual airflow performance will also depend on factors such as pressure drop, installation conditions and the wider ventilation system.

Manufactured from extruded aluminium profiles and incorporating AISI 304 stainless steel mesh with 2.3 × 2.3 mm apertures, the louvre provides a durable solution for commercial, industrial and building-services applications. Its increased water-resistance design makes it suitable for external ventilation openings where reducing rainwater ingress is an important consideration.

Designed for glazed-in installation within a compatible glazing pocket using suitable glazing beads and packers, the BRL34Z-GL EWR provides an integrated finish for appropriate window and façade systems.
