BRL34Z-GL

The Brookvent BRL34Z-GL is a standard aluminium ventilation louvre designed for integration into window and door frames, glazed facades and other compatible glazing systems. Featuring a 34 mm Z-shaped blade profile, it provides a practical solution for air intake and exhaust in commercial, industrial and building services applications.

Manufactured from extruded EN AW-6060 T66 aluminium profiles, the BRL34Z-GL combines a durable construction with a glazing-compatible design. The louvre is installed into a glazing pocket using standard glazing beads and packers, allowing ventilation to be incorporated into the overall window, door or facade assembly.

The unit incorporates stainless steel mesh manufactured from RVS/AISI 304, with 2.3 × 2.3 mm apertures. With a 68% visual free area and 35% physical free area, the BRL34Z-GL provides a defined open area for ventilation while maintaining the structural arrangement of its Z-shaped blades.

Compatible with glazing thicknesses of 20, 24, 28, 32 and 36 mm, the BRL34Z-GL offers flexibility for a variety of glazing configurations. It is available in rectangular and square shapes, with a broad dimensional range to accommodate different project requirements.
