A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and committed Sales Representative – Window Vents and Louvre to join our expanding team in Dunmurry, Belfast.

Brookvent is a market leader in innovative ventilation solutions, offering high-quality window vents and louvre products. We serve the construction industry with a focus on delivering exceptional ventilation products to meet the needs of residential and commercial buildings. We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our window fabricator client base across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with window fabricators across Ireland.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the window fabrication sector and expand the company’s client base.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored ventilation solutions.
- Travel throughout Ireland to meet with clients, conduct product presentations, and negotiate contracts
Product Promotion and Technical Support:
- Become an expert on Brookvent’s range of window vents and louvre products, understanding their applications and benefits.
- Advise clients on the most suitable products for their projects, providing technical guidance where necessary.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for fabricators, installers, and specifiers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor products to ensure Brookvent remains competitive.
Business Development Manager
- Proactively generate leads and close sales, contributing to the company’s overall growth and sales targets.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aimed at increasing market share in the window fabrication industry.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote Brookvent’s products and identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and contractors to promote Brookvent’s solutions on upcoming projects.
Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the window fabrication, construction, or building materials industry.
- Experience selling to window fabricators or knowledge of window systems is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with window vents, louvre systems, or other architectural hardware is a plus.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical aspects of ventilation systems and how they integrate into window fabrication.
Sales Skills:
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales processes.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland to meet clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to working with internal departments.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the Irish construction and building regulations is advantageous.
- A full driving license is required.
