The Brookvent SM Tipvent is a modern, surface-mounted window trickle vent designed to provide controllable background ventilation in residential and commercial buildings. Manufactured from high-quality, UV-stabilised ABS plastic, it combines a slim, rounded appearance with practical functionality, making it a suitable choice for a wide range of window installations.
Available in three airflow sizes, the SM Tipvent allows specifiers and installers to select a ventilation capacity to suit the requirements of individual projects. Its manually operated internal vent offers two airflow modes on the 2700mmΒ² equivalent-area model, giving users greater flexibility when regulating the flow of fresh air into the building.Β Choose from 1400mmΒ², 2500mmΒ² and 2700mmΒ² equivalent-area options to suit different ventilation requirements.
The external hood is supplied with an integrated insect grille as standard, helping prevent insects from entering while allowing fresh air to circulate. With its positive opening and closing action, choice of colours and straightforward installation, the SM Tipvent offers a practical and cost-effective ventilation solution.
