The Brookvent airstream Xe is a discreet intermittent decentralised mechanical ventilation unit which is perfectly suited to utilisation in both new build and refurbishment projects. Airflow is maximised whilst noise is minimised, thanks to the unique fan impeller design, which reduces turbulence. Mount either on wall, panel, window or ceiling, and extract stale air either directly to outside or through a short run of ducting, for the ultimate in versatility.

Airstream Xe
The fan is operated via a separate ON/OFF switch or the light switch. Airstream Xe T
The fan is equipped with a timer circuit adjustable from 1 to 25 minutes delay. After switching off, the fan continues to run for the pre-set period. Airstream Xe HT
The fan is provided with an electronic circuit with a humidity sensor on board (adjustable from 50% to 95% RH) and a timer, adjustable from 1 to 25 minutes
delay. When the level of relative humidity is higher than the pre-set threshold, the fan is automatically activated. When the relative humidity goes below the
set level, the fan continues to run for the preset period.

Suitable both for new builds and for retrofitting into refurbishment projects, the Airstream Xe+ features a modern and aesthetically pleasing front flat cover, ideal for interior design concerns. This is easily removed for cleaning, without the need of tools. Aerodynamic deflectors on the housing ensure quiet function, reducing air turbulence and maximising airflow.

The Brookvent airstream 1.1 EH is a continuous mechanical extract ventilation (MEV) unit, with EC motor, integral humidistat, and timer. With 5 versatile duct connections to each wet room and wall, ceiling, or floor mount options, this unit is flexible and versatile. Quiet and efficient, the Airstream control indicator also ensures full compliance with TGD Part F 2019. Low specific fan power down to 0.6 W/I/s and a local boost facility ensure this maintenance free unit does exactly what it says on the tin.
