The SM 1200 is a high performance surface mounted window vent that achieves a sound reduction of 32 db Dnt Rw in the open position The Westbury hotel, right at the heart of Dublin city centre, comprises 178 Guest Rooms and 27 Suites

The aircycle 1.2 is part of Brookvent's range of market leading heat recovery ventilation units, and known by our customers to be a high performance unit in a compact package. Brookvent specified and supplied 186 mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery. The Cambridge Street scheme is situated in a prime city centre location, close to Oxford Rd. and Whitworth St. The building houses 282 apartments across varying heights of between 22-29 storeys.

The airvent SM 1000 is part of Brookvent's range of surface mounted window vents. The Hilton Belfast has become a landmark building in the city's skyline and is situated at the riverfront beside the Waterfront Hall. The SM 1000 has a unique double action close position with a high performance thermal foam seal and achieves up to 32 db Dnt Rw in the open position. Architecturally the hotel comprises a 3-storey podium block which is dwarfed by the main 12-storey tower, housing all of the accommodation.

The airvent SM 1200 is part of Brookvent's range of surface mounted window vents. The Kingspan stadium project represents the regeneration of the home of Ulster Rugby at Ravenhill Road in Belfast. The SM 1200 is a high performance surface mounted window vent that achieves a sound reduction of 32 db Dnt Rw in the open position. The project consisted of the construction of 3 new stands, 2 of which were at the Memorial and Aquinas ends of the stadium, while the main stand was completely demolished and rebuilt.

The King's Cross project is part of a wider development and significant regeneration scheme, transforming the heart of Central London. The building houses 225 apartments over 10 floors.

Brookvent specified and supplied 491 mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery. Wilburn Basin is made up of four distinct blocks varying in height from 8-21 storeys and comprises of 491 apartments.

The airvent SM 1400 is part of Brookvent's range of surface mounted window vents. The Seaton 7 project saw the refurbishment of seven 19 storey tower blocks in Aberdeen. Due to the extremely exposed nature of the site, the SM 1400 proved to be the natural choice, with its double wool pile seals, natural upward deflection and internal, removable grille. The project consisted of 3,815 new windows, with a value of £17.5 million.

One Greengate is the first of several large-scale re-generation projects in this area of Salford, its collection of buildings range in height from 10 storeys to 31storeys.

The project consisted of 235 new apartments, with a total of 800 SM 1400 vent and hood pieces required. Due to the high rise nature of the design, the SM 1400 proved to be the most suitable choice, with its double wool pile seals, natural upward deflection and internal, removable grille.
