Developed to provide high quality social housing stock in Northern Ireland these apartments following demolition of existing Buildings. The aircycle 1.3 is part of Brookvent’s range of market leading heat recovery ventilation units, and known by our customers to be a high performance unit in a compact package. Working closely with the contractor Brookvent supplied materials and consulted on MVHR performance and attenuation delivering this project with a local installer. Formerly named Cumberland Hotel, Harrow One is a collection of shared ownership homes features Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments designed for modern, sustainable city living. The aircycle 1.3 & 3.1 were selected to achieve the high standards set out on this project. Working closely with the M&E Contractor, Architects & Consultants Brookvent designed, supplied and installed 204 mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery across 3 blocks and the project was completed 2021. Irene Studios has been specifically designed with the modern London lifestyle in mind, making it the perfect place to build a home in the capital, or to provide a convenient London base. Brookvent’s airstream 1.1EH provides Mechanical extract ventilation for this project. Working Directly for the principle contractor Brookvent designed, supplied and installed 77qty Mechanical Extract Ventilation systems and the project was completed 2021. Located on Buckhold Road adjacent to King George's Park, Bronze consists of just 79 apartments in a new landmark building. This project required an adaptable and efficient MVHR System. Service cupboards were coordinated and pre-fabricated off site before being delivered and distributed by floor. The striking 60-meter tower and the accompanying 8-story brick building sitting right in the heart of this vibrant city. While this building is set in the most convenient place for the residents, the site provided many challenges Brookvent worked with the design team to develop a product that would suit this incredibly demanding site. The Ultima window vent provides great natural airflow combined with up to 47dB of acoustic attenuation. The building was completed in 2021 and now houses 790 students living in quiet well ventilated luxury accommodation. A stunning success for this stunning design. Brookvent SM Ultima

The airvent DG 1500, part of Brookvent's glazed in window vents range, was selected for the refurbishment of St. Macartin's Cathedral Hall. It is a high performing vent that succeeds in achieving high ventilation rates in even the narrowest of window styles. The site dates back as far as 1922 as a community facility for the surrounding areas. The new main hall has been modified and completed to the highest standard to continue the tradition as a popular facility to meet the modern needs of the parish and associated groups.

The aircycle 1.2 is part of Brookvent's range of market leading heat recovery ventilation units, and known by our customers to be a high performance unit in a compact package. Brookvent specified and supplied 127 mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery (MVHR / HRV) on Battersea Reach Meridian and Nautical House. This is only one of the phases Brookvent provided a ventilation solution on, we also specified and supplied MVHR systems to several other phases, as part of the overall development. Battersea Reach is a major re-development in Central London, transforming the original site into a thriving riverside community and providing contemporary designed apartments, shops and entertainment.

The aircycle 1.2 is part of Brookvent's range of market leading heat recovery ventilation units, and known by our customers to be a high performance unit in a compact package. Brookvent supplied and installed 43 mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery. The site is a former toy factory and sits within Blackhorse lane, Walthamstow regeneration zone in E17 in London. The scheme contains 43 residential apartments ranging in size from 1 bed to 4 bed units.
