Beautiful new home
We were engaged by our Self Build client to provide the ventilation solution for a new build on the outskirts of Portadown in Co. Armagh. The home is situated in a peaceful rural setting with neighbouring orchards and magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.
Client also happens to be an Architect
Our client is the principal in a local Architect’s firm and, having built his own home to the highest standard, wanted to have the most efficient Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit installed to augment this standard and provide a healthier living environment through a low energy, low carbon ventilation system.
“Everything was well worked out beforehand and ducting was concealed into an upper floor cupboard. The installation went really well and we’ve had no issues with the system at all. The home feels fresh – no stale air – and there’s no build up of steam or condensation. Happy to recommend BROOKVENT and I’ve also specified the unit a couple of times as part of my practice” Eddie Quinn, Architect
