The only way to improve the products and services you deliver to your customers is by asking them directly…what’s working…and what’s not working.
We received some extremely positive comments, good constructive criticism and specific suggestions which will be implemented over the coming year to improve how we add value within our mechanical and window ventilation range – all of which is valued feedback.
