Armed with cake, smiles and iPads, Brookvent’s team fielded hundreds of questions at our signature stand decked out in green and white balloons. Self Build 2015 at the King’s Hall 13-15th February saw our team provide product demos and expert advice on a range of issues around Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) for SelfBuild and Retrofit projects.
As an experienced manufacturer, supplier and installer of innovative energy saving ventilation systems we were happy to provide our thoughts ideas and tips on our most efficient and appropriate Heat Recovery Ventilation system (HRV) or Mechanical Ventilation system for the project.
Some of the frequently asked questions were around noise of the unit in the house, reducing condensation, getting access to the unit and of course the installation process. We’re a BPEC Centre of Excellence so we have a best practice approach we passed on to the people visiting our stand.
We’re now in the process of working with many of the families and young couples that approached us at the show, who have taken that daunting leap into building a new home.
We also gave people a sneak peak preview of our new aircycle 3.1 – it’s the most efficient system you can put in your home, with Specific Fan Power (SFP) down to 0.37 W/l/s and Heat Recovery Efficiency up to 93%. Click here for more info
