The Brookvent airvent DG 80 range is a high-performance, thermally broken glazed-in window ventilation system designed to deliver effective background ventilation in modern residential and commercial buildings. Available in flat and hooded configurations, the range combines high airflow capacity, controllable ventilation and compatibility with thicker glazing units.

Designed to fit into the window assembly between the frame and sealed glazing unit, the DG 80 range provides fresh air circulation while the window remains closed. Its thermally broken construction helps limit heat transfer through the vent, while the internal closing valve allows the user to adjust the airflow to suit indoor conditions.

The range includes the DG 80 and DG 80 EX, alongside the DGL 80 and DGL 80 EX variants. The EX models incorporate a self-regulating valve designed to help moderate airflow as pressure conditions change. The DG models provide a non-self-regulating alternative. Flat and hooded versions offer additional flexibility when matching the vent to the window design and project requirements.

With airflow performance exceeding 15,000 mm² equivalent area per metre in the published specifications, and glazing compatibility extending up to 47 mm in specified configurations, the DG 80 range is a versatile solution for projects requiring high background ventilation and a neat glazed-in finish.
