The airvent SM 1400 is part of Brookvent's range of surface mounted window vents. The Seaton 7 project saw the refurbishment of seven 19 storey tower blocks in Aberdeen.
Due to the extremely exposed nature of the site, the SM 1400 proved to be the natural choice, with its double wool pile seals, natural upward deflection and internal, removable grille.
The project consisted of 3,815 new windows, with a value of £17.5 million.
